the minute as to Pension Rules, as published in the Government Gazette of July 14th, 1894, see notification No. 271, I find that the Colonial Veterinary Surgeon is omitted from the schedule of Officers who are granted special privileges on account of professional qualifications although the Colonial Surgeon and all other Medical Officers in the service have been included.
